The original work is very realistic too and I'm sure that with the proper stuffing and right clothes, yours will look rather close. Hello, I think a previous advice of changing the palette a little may help (in the original the lips and eyelids are the same skin pink colour) or have the eyes closed; also try to stuff it well to see if there are spots of uneven tension thoughout (that may influence the symmetry) and redo those parts. The original work is very realistic too and I'm sure that with the proper stuffing and right clothes, yours willlook rather close.
