To achieve the best fit and aesthetic, selecting the appropriate heel for a new sock knitting project requires taking into account a number of aspects.
1. Fit & comfort
2. Sock structure & stretch
3. Aesthetic preference
4. Yarn & pattern

I like short row heels and I like heel flap & gusset heels.Both work for me.

I havent found out yet :) Still newish to socks but I have defintiely done a few different heels on me toe-up socks
