Saga files are unique and there isn't any apps or software that can convert them to any other format. There's just no way for it.

For converting xsd to PDF, you'll need Pattern Maker (not the Viewer kind, the full version) to open the file, then choose "Print" and then print it as a PDF file (you'll see an option fro printer something like "Microsoft print to PDF or Adobe Acrobat if you have the software as an available printer, even if your PC is not connected to any physical printers).
