Can't share patterns?

Every time I try to share a pattern in the crochet section it tells me "Sorry, you are not allowed to post thread in this forum,please Click Here To View Details" Then it takes me to a page where it tells me about cycles? Could someone explain what's going on? I thought it was because I'd already shared a pattern when I was diy.0 so I needed to wait until I was diy.1 to share more but I think I just made that up.
