You can store them in different boxes according to their variety. You can prevent odor by leaving small lavender sachets next to them. good work <3

So far I've only made a scarf, which I gave to my dad. Not sure how I'll store anything yet. I keep yarn and projects in tote bags.

I keep both my yarn stash and knit items (when it's wool/animal fibers) in plastic airtight bins, with lavender sachets.

It depends on the material used. I haven't made anything with a single ply yarn, so I can't speak to that. I store my garments with nicer fibers folded up in my dresser.
