Charts for children’s clinic?

Hello everyone, hope you're having a wonderful day.
I work at a hospital and I had the idea to stitch something for the pediatrics clinic there since it has bare walls and I would like the children to be able to look at something cute and fun while they wait there so they're not so scared.
I would like your suggestions for charts that are fun for children, and not too big or complicated or has over 30 colors so that I can finish them quickly and hopefully even do more than one, preferably not a lot backstitch since I dont enjoy it, some backstitch is not a problem though.
Thanks a bunch for your help!

I don't know if it's for one room, or for separate rooms. If it's one room I would suggest to make little squares, and make your own painting (like Mondriaan) or something likewise.
But this could also be done as painting.
If it's for seperate rooms I wouldn't know

It must comply with safety standards. Frescoes made in painting either on everyday life or on animals....seem the best to me. Very nice project.

I don't know if your mother language is English but designer Stitchrovia makes really nice patterns with text. Some of them you can find on this site.
