Best yarn to use
Hi! Any recommendations on brand or type of yarn that is best to use for amigurumis? and also for clothes I prefer cotton or a cotton blend. But it does depend on what you will use the amigurumi for. If it's for kids, use safety ears and look for a yarn that can be washed on 60 C / 140 F. If it's for yourself, choose a yarn that you like and don't worry. a lot of people recommend cotton but i can't afford much so i use cheap acrylic, currectly using what's left of Caron Simply Soft but i'll use store brand yarn since it's around $4 I try to use more natural yarns and stuffing but if I only have acrylic I'll use it, I don't want to waste money now! I like cotton Sheepjes Maxi sugar rush, Ricorumi, Bergêre de France, Cheval blanc, Gründl cotton. I might be alone in this, but I've been using acrylic for years and it holds up well for me! The best yarn for this is in my opinion cotton. I always use cotton, phildar is a nice one A nice vibrant cotton yarn is my choice! I like cotton yarn, sturdy. I like Jo'anns brand Eu uso a Linha BELLA
