If you're on PC you can right click on the file you want to buy and choose open in a new tab, then proceed the payment as usual and the file will be downloaded automatically. If you're on your phone you can touch and hold on the file link until the open in new tab option appears and do the same as the PC one. Hello, not sure I'm at the good place but I really need help !
For a week, impossible for me to buy and load a pattern, to send a PM...

Hi, there is a problem with the pop up feature. If you're on PC you can right click on the file you want to buy and choose open in a new tab, then proceed the payment as usual and the file will be downloaded automatically. I solved it in a simple way. After paying, reload the pattern page and then you will be able to download the file.
