What are digests?

Hi All,
I'm trying to get my credits up. I understand the formula
Posts×0.1 + Threads×0.26 + Digests×5 + Online Time (h)/1.5 + Money

mostly. Posts and threads are obvious, but what are digests? How do I do/get more of them to get more credits?

(Also where can you see the online time measured?)

Digest you get occassionly when you upload a very wanted pattern or in my sections like other handwork ,sewing or patchwork,when you upload a brandnew magazine.
Than you get a stamp with GOOD and 5 credits extra.

The easiest way to get more credits is to post comments on other members patterns or finished work.
Do your hourly tasks.
Upload patterns or pictures of your own work.
And spend a lot of time on the forum.

Your time spend on the site you can find by clicking on your avatar and than personal info.
