Problems to get in application and change email address
I need to talk with an administrator. I have problems to get into the page with my account. I wrote a wrong email's address and tried to change it without successful, since then no way to get into the application, it still loading all the time. So that made this new account but I don't want to have two accounts and loose all my credits in the old one. Please help me to recuperate my old account and put correct email's address. Thanks so much, my ID was María José Cano and the email was wrong. I wrote .......... without .com the ocorrectis ********* so it's impossible receive any emails, which is needed to change the password or anything. At the moment I have more Gold Coins now in this new count than I have in the old one and I will prefer continue with the new one. I've learned a lot trying to solve this problem than I did before. The only question is that in Maria Jose Cano I was DY1 and now I'm only DY 0.I've reported the problem because I don't want to break the rules and have two accounts. Let me know if it's possible to continue as Molly Wisconsin and if It's possible to recuperate the old category as DY1 and Gold Coins. If not possible. Please let me stay as Molly Wisconsin and delete the old account . Very easy to transfer all your gold coins to another account... Only remember system will cut %30 for transfer tax...
Two ways go to transfer page :

Settings/Points/ Transfer :
And when you see transfer page please careful about who transfer person:
Gift to window comes with your name ... Please change with other account name ... I mean which account receive these gold coins :D

You can reach your old account with new password... And your can transfer gold coins to Molly Wisc ...
Turquoise, I found the new password and tried to get into my old account but it was impossible,I ussesd to use a security Question an the answer . I wrote both of them and it continues all the time asking me to write both all the time and it doesn't let me login. Ohhh! First we reclaim your old account ... I need old account name ... If registered e-mail is right , I can send new password and we can reclaim your account... If there is no or wrong e-mail we will seek new ways , we will talk at that time :D I dont understand why lose your credits ? I have to see what happened to your account...

You can reach your old account with new password... And your can transfer gold coins to Molly Wisconsin account ... (System cuts %30 for Transfer gold coins.. Just for your info)
