I exchanged gold coins for a download, but it never started. It showed the following: For make a Gold Coins you must have at least 0 (the forum Download attachment Gold Coins-30).
But on my points log I can see the deduction of coins and purchase of the download. Where can I find the attachment? Thank you.

            [message] => I've noticed that when you have to pay an additional fee, the download never works the first time, even though the coins are taken, but I have iBooks and go there to download it again.  This never seems to be a problem where no fee is charged, downloads happen immediately.
