Sometimes you may need to compress files to upload them here. I always use this site and choose the basic compression. Unfortunately, this is not always possible to compress large files.
Anyway, I would like to encourage you to try to compress your files and keep their best quality whenever it's possible. If you see the quality is not good as the uncompressed file, don't do it!
