Problems to upload charts

Hi!

I have problems to upload charts. It's 4MB RAR file and it says that my usergroup is not allowed (I am in usergroup 7) upload so big files. I guess it is not correct, because there reads 10MB. Any ideas what to do?

Is the problem occurring when you push the Upload button in the attachment window, or when you push the New thread button?

If it happens in the latter case, it's likely because you're trying to post it in a download-only section. All attachment uploads have to go to the Post New Patterns & Magazine section, regardless of their type. If you try to upload them somewhere else (Like Crochet Patterns, or Cross Stitch Patterns Scanned), you'll get an error message.

If it happens in the former case, try to use another browser, or try to compress the file again, and don't use any special characters in the name.

Today the system is a little bit unstable, and that might cause some issues too.
