40 count linen

Do any of you experienced stitchers ever like the full look of two strands of silk on 40 count linen?

viky Publish time 2024-7-11 23:28

I usually use just one too, Thank you very much!

This is awesome

I've tried it before, but thought it looked a little too bulky.

It depends on the project. I only made 2 on 40ct because I can't see it very easily (lol), but on one I wanted the colour fill to be very tight. Otherwise, I would only use one, because it does stick up a bit and I think it can distort the fabric a little.

Gosh that must be difficult to stitch.

I find it too bulky. I prefer using just the one thread.
