I feel the arms and legs and head could've been done better but it was a first attempt and I know now that there are other ways of making something more rounded by changing the way I either cast on or cast off.. Same with the eyes I cannot french knot I couldn't even do it when I cross stitch lol so it is something I can learn on, or just use saftey eyes... Try the colonial knot instead of the french knot; so much easier to do and looks roughly the same. I found the trick of the french knot is to take the thread around the needle only one way.......if you make it the other it pulls through. Still prefer the colonial though. Here is my rainbow turtle that I made :)
