Jen Tyler - Cherry Blossom in the Snow Square - Free
Edited by samara at 2016-10-4 22:31This is an afghan square design based on the granny square. Originally it was a design I dreamed up for a cushion cover. I never wrote the pattern down and quite a few people have asked for it. So this is the revisited cushion square. It’s unique in that it’s a five-petal flower motif design, rounded off and squared. Which, as a novice crocheter was quite a challenge for me. The square can be used to make a cushion cover or an attractive throw. I’ve used US terminology throughout and the finished size is approximately 6 1/2 inches x 6 1/2 inches. I used an acrylic DK and a 3.50 mm hook.
