thank you for your kind words.
About the paper (it was paper for scrapbooking). The base is the same as with any notebook/book - three carton cutouts for front, back and the spine. The orientation of dots on the paper was parallel to the sides of the paper, so I just lined the paper from the back (to know where to stick the carton later), and made those lines-edges parallel to the sides of the paper. It all sounds so complicated ))) so here: scrap-info.ru/myarticles/article_storyid_379.html, it's in Russian, but just scroll to the pic #20 and you will see what I mean.
The bigger problem was that I had to use 2 pieces of paper. I just glued them together neatly, so that the dots'd match, and then did everything else. And orientated the carton in such a way that the glued place is on the spine and the back carton, so it's really hard to notice.
As for work - I've quit already, and very glad that I did! nice work! Very nice ! :) You are very talented - so many different crafts in the making. It's lovely to find something that pleases you to escape the 'humdrum' of life...... I'm glad you are out of there.............:) very nice, thanks so much for sharing:) Muy bonito.:)
