Silk thread for 40ct

What is a good silk thread to use for stitching over 1 on 40ct linen ?

I have heard of stitchers using AVAS soie surfine but this is really expensive, so it's not really a workable option.

Appreciate your thoughts !

I also use AVAS Soie or Atalie Soie or Belle Soie,
because I only stitch one over one,
silk is good to stitch, supple and shiny and gives the stitchery a special touche,
looks better than DMC Cotton or Anchor. No matter to me, how expensiv this is.
