Download BOTH files.
Select both files and clik on them to unpack it - you can also clik on the FIRST file. Choose "extract here" or "Extract to Pattern_Maker_4.07"
It should work.

You don't need to unpack second file separately. You just need to unpack first one - program will unpack both. You shold have 1 file unpacked: Pattern_Maker_4.07_mir-lanaw.ru_(25.04.2015).exe
