It is a huge deal, I felt the same when I read about it and have been doing it ever since, its just so easy and makes the backs a little neater.crolady Publish time 2015-5-29 19:09

I do a loop thread start too. It is so much easier and neater to use.DailyStitcher Publish time 2015-6-10 23:19
I use the loop start whenever I can. It's so much easier and makes the backs neater.aoleary1791 Publish time 2015-6-11 06:08
I've always used the loop start method! Practically since my first kit I've just decided that it would be easier to do it this way. I didn't realize that there was a 'method' or a name for it though. I just thought it made sense to do it this way as you reduce the tug and drag on the thread, and you get more thread out of the same length. ;PRyoken429 Publish time 2015-6-14 02:57
My Great Aunt taught me this years ago. Love it.
