Not to make a complaint, but just to warn them about paying attention to this matter. But I was greately surprised when they offered to send the project back to them for remaking! For me it became an example of extraordinaly great customer support. Since there was international shipping involved, I thought about it for a couple of days, but afterall I decided to accept this offer.
