Have seen this pattern at the internet. The description says, that there cross stitch patterns for a Victorian Skating lady and 4 Heart-shaped Pendants witch can be used for so many other projects.

Think this might be by Curtis Boehringer ... as he has a similar pattern in a series called La Petite Holidays and one is "Skating". Similar but not the same. So perhaps he did this for a magazine or?
