Yes, I have wash numerous piece stitched on white and cream coloured fabric without any problems.I have washed the finished pieces both by hand and in the washing machine at a temp. of no more than 40°C.I have always found all DMC colours to be colour fast.

If you stitch a line of crosses on a piece of waste fabric first, and dab it with a damp tissue, you can check for "bleeding" before you start your precious work.
