How I store my threads

This is what I use to store my threads in.It took a really long time when I first filled it up, but now it's not so bad when I just have to replace a few colors.

That's exactly what I did. Cost a little to purchase the winder (makes it SO much quicker) and enough cards, plus the boxes to store them in (mine were all single-layer, individual boxes and I don't think they were even specific to floss cards. I think they were for fishing tackle, or something).

Then, I spent a few days winding everything, labeling the cards, etc. But once you're done, you only need to do a few when you run out of a color. And, yes.
